When you upload your images for single custom apparel or get on the phone to talk about a large bulk order, we'll let you know how to successfully achieve the results you are looking for. Designing your dream custom t-shirts with the artwork that you created yourself, or perhaps you are updating your team's workwear and need perfectly printed logos. There's nothing worse than getting your new custom clothes only to find that images are blurred out, pixelated, or slightly off-centering.

BACKGROUND REMOVAL

After you have uploaded your own image to our website, the first thing you need to do is make sure the background has been removed from the image. Sometimes this will appear as a colored box behind the image. But don’t worry, we will get to work and make sure this box is gone; basically, what we will do is cut your image out and put it onto a transparent background.

Once this is done, our team will email you an image showing how your image will look without this background, and when you are happy, we will get to work!

CENTERING & PLACEMENT

Making sure you get the best from our services is so important to us. And there nothing worse than receiving your custom hoodies or shorts and having the image or artwork misaligned with the center being off.

We make sure the design is placed exactly where you intended it to go. We check that the image is placed a perfect distance from the center to the neckline.

At custom One, we make sure to double-check all our orders, checking for errors and making sure the image is perfect before we begin the printing process. We’ll send you an email just to let you know how we are doing, along with a picture of how your final custom clothing will look.

PRINT SIZE ADJUSTMENT

If you are buying a mums and sons t-shirt, and you are using the same image for both of the clothes. Then do not worry about size adjustments, if you need any help with your orders, please get in touch with our team, and we’ll be in touch shortly to help you out with this issue.

COLOR CHANGES

If you need any color changes made on your image, then please let us know by calling our team or dropping us an email.

Any of the images that you upload can be completely changed, so, therefore, changing any of the colors on your image will be relatively easy and straightforward to do.

PIXILATION

Pixilation is the worst fear that can happen to a designer, but it is simply just when the image appears boxy and choppy, and this is normally due to poor or bad image quality on the image.

But do not worry our team, looks out and checks all sorts of errors, and this is the main one we look for. There is nothing worse than getting your custom long -sleeve t-shirts and realizing that it is not how you imagined it to be.
