Updated: thank you for standing by your products and correcting the issue. We received the replacement shift today and the logo is much cleaner, like the first time. I ordered a single custom shirt, and gave the wrong mailing address by mistake, I was able to contact Custom One and the shirt was sent to the proper address, and fairly quickly. I recommend using them, and I will be using them again.

I can attest to the fact that in addition to selling quality products, Custom One has exceptional customer service, among the best I've ever experienced with an online vendor. I had previously ordered imprinted T-shirts for my wife and decided I wanted one for myself. I emailed the company, included my prior order number and an image of what I wanted imprinted on the shirt. Within hours they sent me an email that already included a mockup of the shirt and a checkout link that already included my address and payment method from the previous order. I clicked on the link and the transaction was complete. It's just an outstanding company.

The feedback during design stage was very good. The final design and product were spot on. The Cust Serv rep emailing asked and the right questions and was helpful with shipping questions. I would like to have seen the print ink(?) material applied heavier/thicker on the fabric, but it overall looks great. thank you all, Merry Christmas.

The service was AMAZING, we placed an order after closing hours on a Wednesday (ended up having our funeral moved to the next day) and they were so kind to speed our order up. We were able to pick our shirts up that following morning by 10 am, and they turned out PERFECT!
